Paul F. Murrer, President & Chief Contractor
Owner and President of Murrer Construction, Inc., Paul founded the company with one goal in mind: To provide excellent customer care in the residential and commercial construction sector. Paul is a graduate of Northern Arizona University in Construction Management and Business Management and graduated from the State University of New York in Wood Products Engineering and Construction Management. With over 30 years as a construction manager and with over $800 million dollars in project experience, Paul has worked closely with some of the largest construction firms on the Monterey Peninsula as both a superintendent and union carpenter. Paul is a highly respected, no nonsense, go-getter who believes that a job isn’t complete until his customer is not just happy, but completely satisfied and ready to start another project!
Adelle D. Murrer, CFO, Contract Administrator
Adelle Murrer is the CFO and business partner/owner of Murrer Construction, Inc. With over 17 years of experience as a construction office manager and contract administrator, Adelle sets the tone at Murrer Construction with a keen attention to detail and no stone left unturned when it comes to putting projects together on time and on budget. Over the years, Adelle also has maintained a long history of working with some of the largest construction firms on the Central Coast. Assisting with over $300 million in local construction projects, she has created solid and mutually satisfying business relationships with a wide variety of property owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors all over the tri-county area. Through hard work and dedication, Adelle has become known as “the one to go to in order to get things done!”
Craig St Vincent – Project Superintendent
Originally hailing from Denver, Colorado, Craig Saint Vincent brings extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial construction from his long career as an operations manager. A proven team player and valuable member of Murrer Construction, he understands the importance of cultivating and maintaining client relationships as well as completing each project on time and on budget. In his free time, Craig enjoys the outdoors and Shaolin martial arts.
Roxanne Cheysson – Administrative Assistant
Born in the small town of Orange in Southern France, Roxanne Cheysson came to the United States with her family in 1995 and attended Carmel High School. Roxanne enjoys theater and performance in her spare time.

“A Dream To Work With!”
Approximately 18 months ago, we spent a glorious weekend in the Carmel area. Like everyone else, we dreamed about finding a vacation home there. We accidentally ran across a random open house and found a lovely beach house that spoke to us immediately. Once we saw the adjacent beach, we fell in love and bought the house because of the geography.We really liked the house because it had good bones. However, it needed some updates to truly make it the fabulous property that it had potential to be. That’s when we were introduced to Murrer Construction. They worked with us to turn our cute beach house into an amazing, updated mid-century modern house. We updated almost everything, while keeping the character and integrity of the original.
Paul and Adelle were a dream to work with. Workmanship, scheduling, execution and honesty are really hard things to find in the contractor community. We found all of that with Murrer Construction!
