Existing garage was framed in-order to accommodate the integrity and reinforcement of the building’s structure, in addition to a new garage door.   Redwood studs, sheer panel exterior and a 6 x 10 header was installed to interact with the existing structure for support.   Stucco exterior was installed to match existing pattern.   Painting is pending after 28 days of cure time for the stucco.
